## Our 14-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.

**Returns**
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at paw.essential.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
**Damaged or Defective Items**
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no charge — no need to return the damaged item.
**Wrong Item Received**
If we sent the wrong product, contact us and we'll ship the correct item immediately at our expense.
**Non-returnable Items**
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as grooming tools that have been used) cannot be returned. This will be noted on the product page.
