**How long does shipping take?**
Orders ship from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 5–8 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Yes! All US orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

**What if I'm not happy with my purchase?**
We offer a 15-day money back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us at support@pawsessentials.com and we'll make it right.

**How do I know what size harness to get for my dog?**
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Measure your dog's chest girth (the widest part, right behind the front legs) and match it to the chart. When in doubt, size up.

**Can I track my order?**
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Click the link to follow your package in real time.

**My item arrived damaged — what do I do?**
Please email us at support@pawsessentials.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately at no charge.
